“Requested size 10 boots, bought a brand that I know is reliable! Needed the boots urgently as old ones no longer fit for purpose, so when got delivery date, was happy until they sent out wrong size! Haven't heard if they have recieved my returns order or got any notification if new boots have been despatched! I mean, how hard is it to send wrong stock??”

“Bought this during the fine spring weather of last couple of weeks so didn't get a chance to wear before it finally started raining on Monday. Coat is light weight (a plus) and looks well made. I bought it for quick (sub 1 hour) dog walks so I didn't need to wear my big barbour trenchcoat. However, it was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. I had a cotton tee shirt under the jacket so not like I was wearing too many layers (it was about 5c so certainly not warm). Within 10 mins I felt a trickle of something run down my lower back, so I opened up the jacket to find my teeshirt was absolutely soaked. It was sweat, not water. After 2 miles (40 mins) I got home and I was absolutely drenched in sweat. In future, I'll just go in my tee shirt as at least I'll get soaked in fresh water instead of sweat. So I guess the vented rear flaps don't do what they're supposed to. Sorry to say, I've just wasted £63.whatever as I won't be able to wear it in the rain.”
