“Goods were sent to the wrong address (35 The Green Lydd not 35 The Green Burmarsh) which meant that I had to get one of our carers to make a special journey to collect the parcel in working time! Very unhappy…”

“The order was for 3 polo shirts for my wife size XXL when they turned up they were no way XXL I have tried several times to return them and have failed, you do not reply to my mails if they ever get through is debatable, I am still waiting for a return phone call all I want is a return label to send these items back your customer service is awful and I will never use your company again”
