“Item was out of stock, but was not informed or given a choice of action. Failed refund, and finally got money back after a month, but only because i chased it up. Poor communications.”

“eBay listing stated 48 hour trackable delivery. It did not state that they only despatch goods once a week. I only discovered this after emailing them requesting a despatch number. They should stick to goods that they hold in stock and not list stock they do not own. Despatch number received six days after payment made. I hope despatch is not by horse.”

“All ive done is order something. When ive used it for about 6 months then ill tell you what i think of what yiu sell how you delivered it and how accurate and usanke your website is...ie the thinhs that matter in real time.”

“Nightmare. Exemplary demonstration of uselessness. Completely unable to fulfil an order for a pair of work trousers; one month later and I am awaiting them finding them before they cancel my order and refund me. Not once did they contact me, I had to do all the chasing - Customer service non existent. 16,500 5 star reviews? I wonder.”

“Not great. I ordered 4 “brand new white t-shirts”. One of which was delivered with a hole in it, there was a long process to go through in order to get it exchanged. For the sake of £7 I decided to just leave it and accept my loss.”
