Requested size 10 boots, bought a brand that I know is reliable! Needed the boots urgently as old ones no longer fit for purpose, so when got delivery date, was happy until they sent out wrong size! Haven't heard if they have recieved my returns order or got any notification if new boots have been despatched!
I mean, how hard is it to send wrong stock??
