“The waiting time for products is shocking especially for the money yous charge. I could’ve went to a competitor and got it within 2-3 days and the amount of times I had emailed without a proper response nothing got dealt with until I had to phone to complain”

“Dreadful customer service. Very difficult to get hold of. I e mailed several times via their web site to try and cancel an order that had not been sent out. I got automatic reply. One e mail then said they couldn't cancel the order as it was too late (I had been trying for a week) and my order was on the way. I requested a tracking number. Never got it. I managed to call once coat arrived and was sent a return paid postage label (hurrah), they then deducted £3.95 off my refund. I rang again and managed to get through and the £3.95 has been refunded. I would avoid this company like the plague.”

“Horrific customer services. Contacted twice with no reply . All I wanted was to swap out a pair of advanced pants as I had stupidly ordered the wrong size. I could have got them in time for work but that's past now. Such a shame as great price tbh”

“I am very dissatisfied. You are unbelievable. I waited for my purchases for 10 days. Before the purchase I had information that I would receive the package within 3 working days. That is why I decided to buy the necessary things from you. Because of such a long time of fulfillment of my order I had to buy in another store. I received my order within 1 day. I will not recommend your store to anyone. I am very disappointed.”

“Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you with an official complaint regarding a pair of shoes I purchased from your store on GSW236853. After wearing the shoes for just one day, I noticed bruises on my feet, indicating discomfort and poor construction quality. I believe that these shoes do not meet the claimed quality standards and pose a risk to my health. Given these issues, I insist on returning the shoes and receiving a full refund.
