“Not great. The price of what I ordered was very keen and I received the usual automated'we have your order' response. However then there was nothing for several days. In the end I emailed asking where my order was. Turns out it was in coming from their 'local warehouse' and would be despatched the following afternoon. No apologies or communicated the web site didn't say it wasn't available for despatch. My order came eventually and was well packaged and as ordered but the delay was very poor. I have struck GS Workwear off my list sadly, there are plenty of other companies who deliver much quicker.”

“I can't fault the company but the product I ordered wasn't what I expected. I wanted size small gloves and they're way too big. Work supplies gloves but the woman that work here the gloves are too big, so I thought I'd order a small and was sent ones that had a yellow band around the wrist. These I think are medium not small, the red ones are small. Don't know if this was an error or not but very disappointed”

“Great prices but very very poor communication my order was late as apparently it went to a different warehouse then had to wait for the order to be reordered the only thing they did after the poor performance was to send tracked over night”

“The material started to fuzz immediately after 2 wears & easily started collecting dirt. Compared to other work gear brands this is bottom level quality. Please bear in mind I got my jacket last week (11/21). So I waited a little before I gave a review. I didn’t prewash it before I put it on, It delivered on Thursday morning & I wore it that same night. I work at an Amazon warehouse.”

“Products arrived on time. Ordered the same pair of Hunter boots for my husband and myself. With 4 light uses within a wrek in his pair soles came off. I contacted GS to request refund for the faulty product as 4 light uses do not justify the damage. Instead they asked for photos to contact Hunter, where Hunter came back and said its wear and tear. So no refund! That is absolutely ridiculous as 4 light uses for boots that are described for farming hard use should not lead to that issue and be marked as wear and tear. So disappointing product and frankly customer service as frankly in essence I am now stuck with a faulty product. Will not be using in the future.”

“We won't use again. We made a test purchase to see how they work. Bought a saw blade. They took full payment immediately then waited a week before posting it. I did contact then but just fobbed me off. We are extremely glad we found out how they operate.”

“Unfortunately these are not non-slip. Nor are they particularly comfortable. I wore them around the house for a few days and they were fine, but the first shift I wore them I slipped on tiled flooring. They are worse than my 8 year old docs! And my feet were in agony by the end of the day. Very disappointed sadly.”

“i purchase as a christmas present, i realised after 10 days the tracking still had not changed to shipped so i emailed the company and with no apology or explanation i just got the shipping confirmation to say my order had finally been shipped. i was not happy with customer service at all but the product is okay i guess.”

“I think this item is well made but for people with huge beer bellies and short arms, the company havent thought that the bigger and taller people will have longer arms. I went with 3 xl as im fed up with work coveralls being to tight but even this was a fraction tight across the back with short arms or its meant to finish short on the arms above the wrists for some reason perhaps health and safety reasons. I will still wear it for less messy wood working and the full coverall for very messy work. The material is thick but would be nice for the company to make a soft cotton or linen overcoat like this for more flexibilty.”
