“Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you with an official complaint regarding a pair of shoes I purchased from your store on GSW236853. After wearing the shoes for just one day, I noticed bruises on my feet, indicating discomfort and poor construction quality. I believe that these shoes do not meet the claimed quality standards and pose a risk to my health. Given these issues, I insist on returning the shoes and receiving a full refund. Please address my complaint as soon as possible and inform me of the next steps regarding the return of the product and the refund. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Vasyl”

“I bought painting trousers and shorts. They look really good on the website and look exactly as they do in the picture. They're really lovely, but the sizes are completely wrong. I ordered a 26" waist in regular length. The trousers are definitely not a 26", even though it says 26 on the label. They're more like a 30". They're bigger than my current 28" and theres far too much material around the waist and glute area. They literally hang, but they're tight around the calfs. I'm 5ft3 and 56kg. The shorts were perfect around the waist but skin tight on the legs, so I'm sending them both back.”

“Terrible, placed an order on 9th may got an email on 11th to say its been dispatched then an again on 17th to say ive had a refund with no explanation at all as to why the hood aren't coming. Very poor service and communication”

“The boots in question where advertised as being waterproof well I can assure you they are not ..i used to buy these make of boots back in late 90s and they never let me down but as of trying these I will not be buying again sorry”

“Worst boots ever gave me blisters within 30 minutes of wearing them tried to wear them in but ended up with massive blisters every time and had to give them a one star and could not do no stars as the website doesn't allow you to do zero stars”
