“Order was estimated to take 3-5 days. Queried seller after 10 days to be told that they were waiting on items from assistant warehouse. Items all arrived and we're in good condition, more contact with the customer would be appreciated.”

“I was pleased with the items I purchased and the prices seemed fair, I thought delivery could have been a little quicker, but overall I was pleased with the experience. What I was not pleased about was having to download an App called "shop" to track delivery which informed me the package had already been delivered, 2 days before it was delivered, then for live tracking it wanted access to other areas of my phone, no thank you, as the items were sent by Royal Mail, tracked, what is wrong with Royal Mail tracking?”

“It took a text from me, over a week after placing the order for 3 hats, before anything seemed to move. Then the hats were quickly sent. If there was a problem in the beginning a quick message would have been advisable.”

“Good quality products. The only issue I have is having to download the shop app in order to track your order. The app asks for access to your other accounts to keep you informed. I am not happy with this having to download the shop app lets GS workwear down, therefore only 3 stars given.”

“Pleased with the product but it took over 3 weeks for one pair of trousers to arrive with absolutely no communication from GS at all throughout that period!! At no point during the purchase process did it say it would be 3 weeks for delivery which is disappointing.”

“Bought the gs work trousers for wearing to work. Bought the 40 inch waist size thinking they would fit well. Seems if you have a 40 inch waist you need 40 inch legs too. Tried them on then straight back off. Far too baggy in the leg. Try making them a bit narrower in the legs please folks. Not every thick waist comes with thick legs. They will go to charity shop and never worn by me. Good quality for price though.”

“I got what I ordered but paid for the extra delivery to come on the Friday or Saturday and turned up on the following Tuesday so paid for nothing really so would not recommend paying the extra”

“Firstly, the products I ordered were as described; I have no complaints here! However, the website, whilst easy to use and well laid out, was irritating. Every 10 seconds, a pop-up asked me to join the mailout! It would no take "Later" for an answer! Sadly, the delivery time was too long as well. In an age where most things arrive the next day or soon after, I'd forgotten what I'd ordered by the time it arrived. I have reordered for my convenience. But I'm expecting a long wait. I will look around for a better delivery time.”

“Great trousers, but not true to size! I wear a 10 in everything and normally fit well everywhere, however these trousers are not true to size they fit on the waist, hips and length but are far too tight around the thigh, had to go a size up.”
