“Worst business I have dealt with in years, sending the wrong sized shoes out twice, customer service shocking. Avoid!”

“Your Staff Rebecca and Lyndsey have been great. Unfortunatley if I had not of phoned and asked where the items we purchased where, we would still be waiting now. We appreciate the fact you had staff ill and on holiday, but why did you not inform us, intstead, it was flase promises knowing we were never going to get the goods on time. Your manaufacturers have caused our Company irrepairable damage, as my Client has now stated he will not be ordering with us again due to being made false promises of delivery. But I can only tell them what you told me, and your manafacturers performance in this instance was shockingly poor. I do feel sorry for GS Workwear, like I feel sorry for us at Chemfilt, as it has had and will have a massive future impact on our Business. I doubt very much if we will ever order again with you, due to the fact the whole process from start to finish was completely amateur. It was only for Rebecca kindly phoing me with updates, that I was able to just ensure our client did not cancel the order. I would strongly advise that you speak with your manufacturer and see if they can sharpen up their order processing, as you will end up losing a lot more customers.”

“Delivery and communication was very poor as it was previously. I ordered again thinking things would be different, but no. Waited over a week for delivery, when all items we’re supposed to be in stock for immediate delivery, had to request a refund on 2 items as I was leaving to return back to work abroad, and had to purchase elsewhere. Very poor serviice with no notification of lead times.”

“The port west long gardening gloves are possibly the worst gloves you could buy. Every single thorn has come through to cut into my arms and hands. This is in the hand part with the rubber enfobrcement never mind the knitted arms. They are completely useless and in the bin”

“On purchasing my in stock item, I assumed delivery was 3-5 days. On day 5, I queried delivery and they said no, it’s 7-8 days. Despite emails, no further contact from them and my order turned up on day 15! Shocking service.”

“If you’re happy to be charged extortionate postage charges and then wait 2 weeks, this is the place for you. However, if you’re in a hurry to receive your purchase, go to Amazon or elsewhere.”
