“i purchase as a christmas present, i realised after 10 days the tracking still had not changed to shipped so i emailed the company and with no apology or explanation i just got the shipping confirmation to say my order had finally been shipped. i was not happy with customer service at all but the product is okay i guess.”

“I think this item is well made but for people with huge beer bellies and short arms, the company havent thought that the bigger and taller people will have longer arms. I went with 3 xl as im fed up with work coveralls being to tight but even this was a fraction tight across the back with short arms or its meant to finish short on the arms above the wrists for some reason perhaps health and safety reasons. I will still wear it for less messy wood working and the full coverall for very messy work. The material is thick but would be nice for the company to make a soft cotton or linen overcoat like this for more flexibilty.”

“Eventually got my order. However, I was lied to twice about product being dispatched. Second time was told it was upgraded to guaranteed next day delivery. That did not happen. Product was obviously not in stock. Wouldn’t shop here again.”

“Items appear to be OK - when they finally arrived. However, they managed to put our address label on someone else's parcel and we received goods that were not ordered by us. Then had to wait a further 2 days to get our items making delivery a total of 14 days - far too long!!!”
