“Ordered some work pants, parcel arrived on a Friday with the wrong items in it. Fair enough, mistakes are made. Didn’t dispatch my actual item till following Wednesday. Not the greatest service, will only use again if desperate!”

“Delivery was awful. From placing the order it took over 2 weeks to arrive and that was after me calling and chasing it up to be told the boots are not in stock, so I asked if the rest of the order could be sent with the boots to follow which they did. Then the same day the boots were sent out too……..mmmm but I thought they were out of stock???”
