“Staff helpful and quick service. However, the products are not correctly labelled. Ordered size medium items. Although labelled as ‘medium’, they were more like XL. So returned them for a size small. When held up against an item of my husband’s clothing, ‘Small’ was bigger than XXL!!! won’t be using them again. Had ordered a couple of items to try out before placing a large order, so they have lost business. It looks like they have a bulk amount of stock in a huge size and just sewing in any old label.”

“Not Great Service , Product is what it is ... but what a shame it takes so long to process an order... placed my order on Tuesday Morn ... eventually got an email on Friday saying that my item is on its way ... ( I guess this will mean a further 3 days ) DESPITE requesting if I could have for the weekend and being told that they can not upgrade to a next day service .... shocking service when we can only shop on line ... sorry guys won’t be using you again ... this could have been the start of many orders !”
