“From the start it appeared this would be a decent online seller to purchase from. The order placed, payment taken, then no response for 10 days! I chased them up only to find they listing goods and taking payment when they don’t even have the stock. After a few emails and chase up the partial order cane through in 2 shipments, with 1 item still missing. This eventually turned up after a couple more emails, only to find wrong item was placed into a relevant stock box and sent to me. Another complaint was made and further response to say return the wrong goods back at my inconvenience Now I wait for a reply, no refund or replacement sent and the issue drags on. For me, I would be very wary of online sellers like this one who advertise goods and take payment and no stock is in to be dispatched out to the customer. For me, the constant chasing up and email to prove things is totally unacceptable on their failures I have given 2 stars as they did eventually send stock out on 24/48hr mail delivery Would I shop online with this seller again? Probably not!”

“I’m a size 12/14 and ordered Medium they are tight and the length is so short and I’m not tall. Once washed I dare say they be smaller. So if buying go bigger in size.”

“I'm curious to know why my order was promised to arrive by the 16th October and we are now the 19th October and I have only just recieved notification that my order is ON ITS WAY! I start work again tomorrow without my protective work wear which I expected to have arrived by now. For this postage service I paid £5.99.”

“Was advised to "size up" on the website so I did. Trousers were absolutely massive then I was charged to return them. Not great service”
