“If you are in the trade and you expect fast delivery the dont use GS Workwear”

“Ordered a baby white long sleeved top to wear under a christening gown for my son. Ordered it from GSW on the Mon/Tues as they advised it would arrive by the Saturday at the latest. Unfortunately, it was not dispatched until Friday, and didn't arrive with me until the Wednesday. Ended up driving to my local Asda to pick up a multi pack of white tops on the Saturday. Top seems fine, but not impressed with how inaccurate the promised delivery date was.”

“Product is great and customer service was good. Dispatch and delivery not so good. Ordered on the 10th December and paid for postage. Didn't arrive till the 29th after talking to customer services and item had only just been dispatched.”

“Delivery too slow. Had to send chase emails twice. Blamed on Black Friday rush but took 2.5 weeks for something that was supposed to be in stock. At least they did express ship them after second email. If you want your workwear in a hurry check shipping times before ordering”

“Although asked to write a review today Friday 29th of August unfortunately my item is still with Royal mail they had it at Preston on Sunday the 24th and then on Thursday the 28th they sent it further away to Warrington. I still haven't received the item so I can't review it until Royal mail Decide to deliver. Unfortunately, I can't answer the questions on delivery time Because it's still not with Is why I still can't tell you how long it's taken to be delivered because again Royal mail have decided to keep hold of it for over a week”

“Not great. The price of what I ordered was very keen and I received the usual automated'we have your order' response. However then there was nothing for several days. In the end I emailed asking where my order was. Turns out it was in coming from their 'local warehouse' and would be despatched the following afternoon. No apologies or communicated the web site didn't say it wasn't available for despatch. My order came eventually and was well packaged and as ordered but the delay was very poor. I have struck GS Workwear off my list sadly, there are plenty of other companies who deliver much quicker.”

“I can't fault the company but the product I ordered wasn't what I expected. I wanted size small gloves and they're way too big. Work supplies gloves but the woman that work here the gloves are too big, so I thought I'd order a small and was sent ones that had a yellow band around the wrist. These I think are medium not small, the red ones are small. Don't know if this was an error or not but very disappointed”

“Great prices but very very poor communication my order was late as apparently it went to a different warehouse then had to wait for the order to be reordered the only thing they did after the poor performance was to send tracked over night”

“I order on the 29th November, no tracking information recieved emailed company they told me to track the parcel via royal mail. Still no parcel bow on the 12/12/24”

“The material started to fuzz immediately after 2 wears & easily started collecting dirt. Compared to other work gear brands this is bottom level quality. Please bear in mind I got my jacket last week (11/21). So I waited a little before I gave a review. I didn’t prewash it before I put it on, It delivered on Thursday morning & I wore it that same night. I work at an Amazon warehouse.”
