“Order of work boots took 10 days to be delivered. Will not use them again.”

“DO NOT BUY THE TABARDS - I ordered tabards for the team. After 1 week three of the tabards came away at the seam... I had to return these items for inspection, which is expected. A refund for the garment and the extra price i paid for the logo I got stitched. 2 months on and another 2 have came away.... I have asked for a full refund for all 26 tabards as I am now expecting the rest to follow suit! I have paid £5.50 each for logos to be stitched on all the items. I am now told to return the other 2 which are faulty to see if it is a stitching fault or general wear and tear (after 3 months) I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend to any businesses.”

“Send an item 7 days after ordering and received 10 days later. Their response was full of excuses ...and 10% off next order.... after I said I will order from them again.”

“The defibrillator bracket is of a flimsy, inferior material- bows when you look at it and when raised with yourselves we were told it was poor workmanship installing it! I am highly dissatisfied with an inferior quality bracket to hold an expensive bit of kit! Highly dissatisfied to say the least !”

“Parcel arrived and was an absolute mess, the box was ripped open in the plastic bad and 100 blades were just in the bottom of the bag, had a nightmare sorting them out without causing an accident, parcel should have been a lot more careful considering it was sharp blades”

“When ordering products don’t get no information on delivery dates waited over two weeks for GS workwear to get back to me then notify me saying the shipment has come in on a Thursday wake up to Friday morning to another email saying I have been refunded so why the heck did I have to wait two weeks for nothing to arrive? I have re-ordered since this incident after looking on your website and you are advertising you have 25 pairs of (v12 boots) place to another order last week and again I have been refunded. I feel this company/business has let me down multiple times changed my delivery to 24 hour next day striving to still let your customers down by false advertisement and misleading. public into having an item to sell to them when you do not have it at all.”

“Placed an order and wish I hadn’t!! Had to email to ask for updates as hadn’t heard anything in a couple of days. Despatch of the item took days then a week for delivery. Wrong size arrived to what I ordered. Email to resolve the issue and the process for returning even when it was there fault is ridiculous. My advice - go elsewhere not worth the hastle.”
