“What a ghastly website to find your way around if you have moved house; got a new landline tel number and do not have a mobile. Tried to create an account, but it was not possible. Now noted to always use guest check out!”

“You don't explain what the leg lengths are and the price goes up considerably not very up front with the actual cost. Advertised at 11.99 with vat turns out they are 13.64 with vat then you add on the postage nowhere did you give the cost of postage.”

“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong tool. the effort of safely packing it up, taking it to the Post Office etc is a problem in this social distancing for vulnerable people.”

“Didn’t have main item in stock due to warehouse damage. Sent a few small pieces of plastic which were only usable with main item, without confirming we still wanted them...and charged same shipping cost (comparable to cost of items)”

“I made a mistake with my order and realised just after it was placed, emailed within 5 minutes, having tried to phone getting no reply. Tried phoning all day to no avail. My email was answered the following day saying I was too late to change ??? Customer service said to refuse the parcel and it would be returned but I had other item which I wanted to keep. To return would cost me more on postage both ways so not to bother as items were not expensive. Disappointed but my mistake I suppose.”
