“Hi thank you for sending me the polo shirts but they were complety diffret colour to the pictures you had up online i was hoping they would have been shiny purple like the picture iv attached so i could wear for work but now il have to see if i can get some shiny tops for work”

“I bought 6 jackets to hand out to my kitchen team. I’ve only unpacked 2 of them put the first impression is not favourable because the sewing around the front edges is ‘frayed’ in that there’s lengths of cotton need trimming off.?”

“Wish I'd never bought the thing. I needed to do an exchange and had to go through a long convoluted process having to buy, download a postage label. And then to get my money back for postage from PayPal is like pulling teeth - with a pair of tweezers, they want this, and that, and that, and this, it took me about an hour, scanning uploading, scanning and uploading etc. When I returned something to a high street store I took it back, they gave me an exchange - easy peasy lemon squeazy, I am getting fed up internet shopping.”

“i bought safety shoes there was a predetermined size of 48 i didn't realise and the screen didn't warn me so I carried out with the purchase and bought a qrong size now i need to pay for delivery”
