“Firstly I object to receiving an email which says if you're not happy reply by email. but if you are happy write a review. What sort of honesty of reviews is that? I placed the order online at 9.30 am on the 25th May. I eventually got an email to say it was on its way on the 30th May. However by 1st June at 7.50pm the tracking showed it still in your premises. It was finally delivered on 3rd June. Please be more honest with your communications and references”

“I went to the GS worker website to buy a draper digging hoe and ended up also buying a draper leaf hake. I did not receive the track number. When the parcel arrived I noticed that only one item was sent to my disappointment the main item was missing. Also I didn't receive an email saying the item was out of stock or about the amount to be refunded. If I had known that the product was out of stock I would not have bought anything. Complete waste of time.”

“lovely photo of a garden edging tool looked the part when delivered the handle was twice the size I expected and fitted rather poorly in fact I am scared to use it in case it breaks as I said nice photo of what an edging tool should look like”

“No information on leg sizes. Sent email for clarification, reply did not know. Size however clearly marked on label on arrival of goods andwhich was too long. Not impressed.”

“I felt delivery was too long for and order these days, I placed two orders and paid two lots of postage . The orders were combined into one package. Should I not have been offered a refund or was the delivery Equal? I emailed Support from link on the email and received no reply? That aside the items arrived as expected.”
