DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lied to me several times about boots being dispatched. Boots were never sent out. When I gave them 48 hours or cancel my order they said my card had been refunded 4 days earlier!?

Ordered a Father’s Day present a few weeks ago, not arrived so emailed and was simply told by Mel ‘I’ve checked and it’s been delivered to you’ - the end! No signed for names / dates / tracking info - nothing. Well it hasn’t been delivered to me and the shipping update doesn’t say it’s been dispatched let alone delivered. Emailed back and heard nothing so filled in online form, chased again and tried phoning to no avail. Extremely disappointed not only to not have the present arrive but to receive such unhelpful customer service. Will pursue a refund now - avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Placed the order well over a week ago and still not dispatched. Won’t answer the phone and asked twice via email for an update and tracking and all I got both times was, “your order is being processed via Royal Mail and we do not have a tracking number for you”. Not happy at all!!!

If any one want to order please check any land line if not don't bother to order. Even see the telephone please make sure other some one answer the phone. I have place the order 02.06.2020 but today 10.06.2020 item didn't deliver and no communication. This is nothing do with Covid19.

Company really hard to get hold off customer services don’t hardly reply to queries. Trying to return items ordered but their website doesn’t work properly so links not working. From ordering to receiving took 10 days not the 3-5 they state and pretty infuriating when the trousers aren’t any good when you get them so now getting hassle returning for refund. PAIN.

Order not turned up, not tracking information. No reply to email or no one answering phones. Order says it has been dispatched to turn up in 2 to 3 days, 6 days waiting. Now want a refund and would use again or recommend.
