“i have just recieved work trousers size 30 waist, they are that small they are more like a 26 in waist so be aware that the sizings in these garments are incorrect”

“l was sent the wrong item, by the time it arrived the item l should have been sent was out of stock. lt was to be a gift, so the fact l got the wrong item was annoying. l was told to return it for a refund, first off the returns process seemed awkward to me, not being able to put tape on the plastic bags used etc. plus by the time l had emailed back and forth a few times trying to find out if they could get more stock of the item l should have been sent it was too late to return it as l had no more time to look for an alternative gift so had to keep it and use it as the gift .”

“Bought a pair of blaklader boots only when I got them in user manual, it states to be used with felt insoles that where not supplied so had to pay an extra £3.50 in postage I think gold star should inform customers about insoles as we're paying over a £100 for these work boots.”

“Emailed company about ordered wrong size no communication back yet no return label had to pay for return but don't mind as my mistake no communication as yet very dissapointed”

“No point in returning my item with the charge that is incurred. Fingers are too long for me to be able to use the space bar on the thumbs when typing, also sure I ordered black but have received navy.”
