Very disappointing customer service from GS Equestrian 🙁 I ordered H.Bradshaws Coligone Liquid, costing me £82 only to have it arrive in very poor condition. The seal on the lid was broken and I had lost a considerable amount of the product into the box and have a broken bottle to keep what's left in. Not ideal at all. Looking at the way it had been packaged, with film only around the area the leak is, suggests there was actually an issue with this when it was packed and that an attempt had been made to try and get away with sending a faulty product. Considering this costs £82 I am fairly shocked at the condition the product arrived in. I gave GS Equestrian two opportunities to resolve this issue for me, emailing them on the 15th and the 27th November. I am yet to even get a notification that they have had my email... I'm really upset that it has come to me having to post this publicly but as my emails have been ignored, this was my next option.

STOP SIGNING ME UP TO REVIEW COMPANIES, SUPPLY A PHONE NUMBER AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM IT CAN BE SOLVED THERE AND THEN OVER THE PHONE, SIMPLE.

Bloody useless. Needed trousers for work and they sent a raincoat. Wouldn’t send correct item till I returned their cheap plastic raincoat. I had to go elsewhere for my trousers. Micky mouse company with a goofy customer service. Steer clear

i have just recieved work trousers size 30 waist, they are that small they are more like a 26 in waist so be aware that the sizings in these garments are incorrect

l was sent the wrong item, by the time it arrived the item l should have been sent was out of stock. lt was to be a gift, so the fact l got the wrong item was annoying. l was told to return it for a refund, first off the returns process seemed awkward to me, not being able to put tape on the plastic bags used etc. plus by the time l had emailed back and forth a few times trying to find out if they could get more stock of the item l should have been sent it was too late to return it as l had no more time to look for an alternative gift so had to keep it and use it as the gift .
