“Sometimes Things Go Wrong But This Can Be When A Supplier Shows Their True Colours And Why I Gave GS Workwear 5 Stars This was my first order with GS Workwear, and it must be said it was not the smoothest of transactions. The product supplied (p-clips) were, according to the label Sealey had put on the bag, 32mm, as ordered. However, inside the bag clips were 34mm and stamped as such! Mahesh at GS was excellent and very quickly organised a replacement, posted directly to me, from Sealey. However, guess what, these were exactly the same! Another quick email to Mahesh and he rapidly followed up telling me Sealey did not have any 32mm clips in stock (dare I suggest they have lots of34mm?). My payment was refunded immediately, and I was told to retain the clips despite offering to return them. I will be very happy to buy from GS again in the future, hopefully with better luck! Thanks to all at GS Peter W.”

“The port west long gardening gloves are possibly the worst gloves you could buy. Every single thorn has come through to cut into my arms and hands. This is in the hand part with the rubber enfobrcement never mind the knitted arms. They are completely useless and in the bin”

“The products we receive are great, but a bit of advice to stop your customers getting stressed with regards to the courier. I have spent a lot of time trying to get in touch with the courier to let them know we are a school and our opening hours are 8.30-4.30. They give us a delivey slot between 18.30-20.30. I then ask for them to delivery to our neighbour which is a sports facility and will take delivery for the school but the courier driver needs to enter the building and go to the bar area to hand package to a staff member. The courier does not have a human being I can talk to regarding this it is all automated. The outcome is that we receive an email informing us that they are sorry they could not delivery our parcel and will try again the following day. So I then ask them to delivery to the neighbour and this does not happen again so then the order will be returned to you. Is there any change when booking with the courier you could let them know we are a school.”
