“Terrible. The items were delivered to the wrong address (confirmed in all the proof of delivery info provided) and the "customer services" team advised it could take over 4 months to resolve!!! I won't be using them again...”

“Delivery too slow. Had to send chase emails twice. Blamed on Black Friday rush but took 2.5 weeks for something that was supposed to be in stock. At least they did express ship them after second email. If you want your workwear in a hurry check shipping times before ordering”

“Sadly I can only rate a 3 out of 5. Ordering process great. 10 days later nothing recieved despite saying delivery 3 to 5 days. No Royal Mail tracking ever sent. Tried to call them. No phone number available. I e mailed them to ask where the purchase was. Allow a further 48 hrs for them to reply. V poor service. All of a sudden despatched. They claim that was just a coincidence that they despatched after my call. Awful customer service. Sorry but I would not buy again as difficult to contact when things go wrong. Very slow. Products were great.”
