“My first order. I contacted the company to check on delivery when it appeared that it would be later than promised at point of order. I received a response by return from Customer Service explaining why they were delayed and an offer to upgrade delivery to next day as compensation. The goods were then delivered by Royal Mail on the revised day promised. Brilliant customer service”

“DO NOT BUY THE TABARDS - I ordered tabards for the team. After 1 week three of the tabards came away at the seam... I had to return these items for inspection, which is expected. A refund for the garment and the extra price i paid for the logo I got stitched. 2 months on and another 2 have came away.... I have asked for a full refund for all 26 tabards as I am now expecting the rest to follow suit! I have paid £5.50 each for logos to be stitched on all the items. I am now told to return the other 2 which are faulty to see if it is a stitching fault or general wear and tear (after 3 months) I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend to any businesses.”

“Ordered the white painters trousers. I would recommend these to all painters. The quality of them are brilliant! They have a lycra stretch to them which make them comfortable to wear. Plenty of pockets too.”

“Unable to give honest review, present for a grandson, he chose himself so guess he knows your products. I've yet to give them to him. But I can say website as he gave it was easy to navigate and delivery more than acceptable. Thankyou.”

“Om a big fan of these craghopper trousers. This is my fifth pair - very good for general outdoor and indoor use. However the fit of this pair is different to that of earlier purchases - noticeably looser. Not a deal breaker, but I prefer the other design.”
