“After ordering a container of Nikwax, the delivery happened while I was out. Unfortunately during the delivery the container sustained damage , which lead to contenace leaking out. Contacted GS workwear and supplied photos of the damaged container and wrapping. Within an hour I received a confirmation email saying a replacement was going to be dispatched and would be with me within a couple of days. Which it was. First class service.”
