“Useless, I ordered a transmission jack and had booked in 2 clutch jobs a week later expecting the Jack to have arrived by then, the day before the I was to do the first job I received a refund and no explication. Useless!!!!”

“Ordered a HOODIE. Just a normal workshirt came. NO HOOD! couldn't be bothered sending back as had presumed it was correct and threw packaging away. Yet the note inside the package said it was a HOODIE. Sloppy work on the companies side. Something so simple and they still got it wrong”

“Ordered three items to the tune of £75 & was sent confirmation of order straight away. A week passed & no items delivered or any communication..... Got my money back, but quit wasting people's time, these items were obviously not in stock to which you hadn't the common decency to convey, avoid!!”

“When asking about a question regarding size for a cap if it would cover from Medium to XL no reply at all gried twice .... on two seperate occassions .... so ordered through paypal .........wanted two black and one blue but as no reply .... just ordered ond bzck to see ... if too small will retufn..... ghanks fof great customer ssrvice and satiafaction....”
