“Still hasnt arrived why”

“Estimated delivery date was 14th to 18th but I'm getting it tomorrow according to Royal mail tracking as they only got it this morning themselves. I paid for the delivery so it should have been on time. I won't be shopping on this website again.”

“The sole in one of my boots came apart 5 weeks after I received them. They hae not been worn daily either. I'd appreciate it a refund, or a replacement pair.”
