“Need to make clear that Express Delivery is not available if the item is not in your warehouse: if the option doesn't appear it's because it's not available. I wasted ages trying to work out why I couldn't choose it and had to phone up for the simple explanation, thus wasting a day..”

“I ordered extra large in normal UK size this be 20/22 in trousers cotton elastic back. But on trying them on checking Suze was correct was more like size UK 14)16. Disappointed which mean I needed to order xxxxxl elephant size need to order items 2-3 sizes larger to be UK equivalent sizes. Example material quality polo shirts excellent. I ordered medium. They f0r teenager size 4.-6. I recommend checking sizing order at least 2_3 sides bigger normal size.”

“Great hi viz for when I’m horse riding, but…. The only downside is it’s like wearing a sweat jacket, even when it’s cold with a light fleece under it just gets sweaty and wet, I get back from a ride and my top is soaked! Needs more ventilation holes!”
