“Very pleased with the jacket. Ordered a large as other reviews mentioned the fit was a bit smaller than normal. I would usually have a medium. It is a lovely warm jacket which I use when walking the dog and checking the horses. Just what I needed.”

“Pros: Received my product as described. Competive pricing. Cons: estimated shipping time on website wildly inaccurate. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery instead of 3 days stated. Communication by customer services very poor, receiving a generic email when enquiring about order.”

“Nice fleece and perfect for work. One issue I had was that my order wasn't processed in a timely manner due to a technical glitch and I ended up having to buy another fleece elsewhere because this order only arrived after I’d chased it and arrived way past the original anticipated delivery date.”
