“I found the products I brought to be of good quality, packaging was minimal and adequate for the 4 items, 3 shirts and 1 pair of shorts, however delivery time did not live up to expectation or estimated delivery time. It took several days for the item to be processed after I purchased the items, we then had a hold up due to the bank Holiday and then it took a further day for the courier to be pick up the items. I found the customer services to try and get answers to why the order was processed in a slow manner, my email was replied with no empathy or real help. I felt that the person didn't care or was replying via a script. I actually wanted to send back the shorts, as the sizing was wrong but discovered that it will cost me more than half the price of them to just send back. So if I wanted the next size it was going to cost almost twice the price of the shorts. Overall not the greatest experience for a 1st time user and I will have to be stuck to use them again.”
