“Ordered a baby white long sleeved top to wear under a christening gown for my son. Ordered it from GSW on the Mon/Tues as they advised it would arrive by the Saturday at the latest. Unfortunately, it was not dispatched until Friday, and didn't arrive with me until the Wednesday. Ended up driving to my local Asda to pick up a multi pack of white tops on the Saturday. Top seems fine, but not impressed with how inaccurate the promised delivery date was.”

“When ordering products don’t get no information on delivery dates waited over two weeks for GS workwear to get back to me then notify me saying the shipment has come in on a Thursday wake up to Friday morning to another email saying I have been refunded so why the heck did I have to wait two weeks for nothing to arrive? I have re-ordered since this incident after looking on your website and you are advertising you have 25 pairs of (v12 boots) place to another order last week and again I have been refunded. I feel this company/business has let me down multiple times changed my delivery to 24 hour next day striving to still let your customers down by false advertisement and misleading. public into having an item to sell to them when you do not have it at all.”

“Lots of clothing here that represents good solid value for money. Being workwear, it's targetted at businesses buying in multiples, so there is a quailty threshold to be met and hopelessly cheap zips and the like would not be tolerated. OK, it may not always be the height of fashion but it blends in just fine. So far I am very satisfied and intend to return. Andy”
