“I ordered 2 pairs of boots as I wasn’t sure on the correct size, reviews I had read had suggested the boots were a generous size so most people order a size smaller and they were correct, returning the unwanted pair was a breeze which made the whole transaction easy.”

“Easy to deal with, contacted them on the phone (had to really search for it as not listed on website so perhaps that could be added to your 'contact us' box), very helpful once through. Perhaps find another way for customers to track their package rather than the 'shop' app, it told me my package had been delivered before it had even been dispatched causing concern that the package had been stolen. Products fine.”
