“A little 'clunky' at first to use paypal as payment method as the paypal payment page confirms I have purchaced the order but when redirected back to your webpage there is another button to click on that I have to select it to complete the purchace, i.e indicating that I havn't paid for the order yet. However I did select this 'complete payment' button which took me to the next page and a further button to click to finally find out I had purchased the order earlier. hence 'clunky' description. What I expect is having paid on paypal site the redirection back to your site should state e.g "thankyou for making your purchase these are your orderdetails; "”

“The draper screwdriver is an older model . The fitting that fits into the driver does not fit , it's to big although it has the same serial number”
