“I wrote asking about a return for an exchange, but as yet I have heard nothing I rang asking how I go about a return for an exchange, went through the process I was told to, to get a returns label, I was unsure if that came to me by post as there were no instructions to print but I will call again tomorrow after the post comes to see if a label appears... yours Jani Chamberlain 07940460314”
