“Dreadful customer service. Very difficult to get hold of. I e mailed several times via their web site to try and cancel an order that had not been sent out. I got automatic reply. One e mail then said they couldn't cancel the order as it was too late (I had been trying for a week) and my order was on the way. I requested a tracking number. Never got it. I managed to call once coat arrived and was sent a return paid postage label (hurrah), they then deducted £3.95 off my refund. I rang again and managed to get through and the £3.95 has been refunded. I would avoid this company like the plague.”

“Really great discovery, very good value for money and easy returns. Have recommended GS already to two friends in readiness for winter kagoules or wellies, and to festival-going friends as you have steel toe-capped wellingtons at a great price too - brilliant! Kagoule was unusually sturdy fabric, I just know it won't tear.”
