“Order placed on 25/11. Waited 2 weeks to receive the order. But two shirts are missing. Say a replacement will be sent out. But still haven't received it yet. It shouldn't take me so much time and effort to only buy a few shirts!”

“Firstly, the products I ordered were as described; I have no complaints here! However, the website, whilst easy to use and well laid out, was irritating. Every 10 seconds, a pop-up asked me to join the mailout! It would no take "Later" for an answer! Sadly, the delivery time was too long as well. In an age where most things arrive the next day or soon after, I'd forgotten what I'd ordered by the time it arrived. I have reordered for my convenience. But I'm expecting a long wait. I will look around for a better delivery time.”
