“The customer service response was quick and my refund was quick so big ups to that. The product i ordered just wasnt right for me but thats no fault of GS. The time from ordering to receiving did take more time than listed which is the only bad thing I will say but all in all good site”

“I ordered extra large in normal UK size this be 20/22 in trousers cotton elastic back. But on trying them on checking Suze was correct was more like size UK 14)16. Disappointed which mean I needed to order xxxxxl elephant size need to order items 2-3 sizes larger to be UK equivalent sizes. Example material quality polo shirts excellent. I ordered medium. They f0r teenager size 4.-6. I recommend checking sizing order at least 2_3 sides bigger normal size.”
