“Ordered online. Waited 2 weeks for it to be dispatched! Only got dispatched when I started asking why uts taking so long ect. Nowhere dos it say it will takes weeks to be dispatched! Customer service is rubbish toom”

“Fitted well, only after removing labels and going out in this jacket did I notice that one arm was thicker than the other, so once investigated and found the padding was double , but I pulled some of the wadding off to make it thinner, shame I had to do this but I had been out and about in it. Apart from that it's good jacket for walking in.”
