“The order, when it arried, was as advertised and as required, but I had almost given up hope of receiving it - order placed on 8th April, received on 27th April. I assumed it wss coming in from overseas, but clearly stated are the words: manufactured and packed in the UK. I don't know if it was "on time" - I was not given a time to expect it. C.H.”

“Om a big fan of these craghopper trousers. This is my fifth pair - very good for general outdoor and indoor use. However the fit of this pair is different to that of earlier purchases - noticeably looser. Not a deal breaker, but I prefer the other design.”

“Ordering was easy, communications about the order were good, product was good, the only thing I would say is that delivery was a liitle slow for today's standards. However, it would not prevent me from using their services again. Perhaps we all just expect everything instantly these days!”

“Delivery and products are brilliant but my last Tshirt came with a stain on the sleeve. Making it frustrating having to do alll the returns stuff. But these things happen overall very good.”

“The white polo shirts we bought are fine, other than the BLACK one which was included (presumably because you ran out of stock in the size). The way in which you could improve the service, would be to include the appropriate size in inches, rather than the label, e.g. 'large'”

“The garment is ordered wasn't dispatched for 2 dsys after I placed the order. But that is the only complaint. The garment i ordered was delivered in a couple of days so no real hardship.”
