“The customer service response was quick and my refund was quick so big ups to that. The product i ordered just wasnt right for me but thats no fault of GS. The time from ordering to receiving did take more time than listed which is the only bad thing I will say but all in all good site”

“I have ordered from here loads of times previously. I generally order 2 sets of new boots at a time. Waited over 3 weeks to receive. And worst part is no contact to inform me there were delays. And only when specifically pointed out was i even offered a half arsed appology. I wud normally have given 5 stars. Next time i need workboots ill look elsewhere.”
