“I think the trousers are good the only issue is the 33 waist is a smaller fit than snickers 33but I didn't realise”

“Sadly I can only rate a 3 out of 5. Ordering process great. 10 days later nothing recieved despite saying delivery 3 to 5 days. No Royal Mail tracking ever sent. Tried to call them. No phone number available. I e mailed them to ask where the purchase was. Allow a further 48 hrs for them to reply. V poor service. All of a sudden despatched. They claim that was just a coincidence that they despatched after my call. Awful customer service. Sorry but I would not buy again as difficult to contact when things go wrong. Very slow. Products were great.”

“It’s a nice hoot with a visor to keep the rain off my face when I’m riding my bike. Thought it had Velcro on the back to attach to my jacket but it’s actually snaps which my jacket doesn’t have so I have to figure out a work around for that. Love the bright orange color as you can’t be too visible on a bike!”

“Turned up within the allotted time nothing special there. I have 2 issues with my purchase. The first is that GS Workwear sent me the wrong trousers (Gromit) but I needed work trousers so I have just kept them. The second issue I have is with the trousers, there is not much room for my thighs making them tight when I sit or crouch and yet there’s way too much room for my lower legs meaning they flap around when I am walking which I find very annoying.”

“Paid for standard delivery and took 10 days very poor service, I had an email saying my parcel was out for delivery on the 29th from 9am to 11.30 but no delivery till Monday with the same time slot and was delivered.”

“Quality is good, I did order a 31 inch leg but unfortunately got a 33 inch leg, and postage was a little slow which made me keep the wrong size as I needed the trousers.”

“The service was OKish, except that they didn't put the work in to either obtain and present a size chart fot the trousers or provide some indication of the size offset. Trousers were too small, even when replaced by the larger size. First return was free, but to return a second time, there is no refund and shipping is nearly £5, basically I have to pay to receive nothing. If the replacement size was ok, then their service would have been great.”
