“No proactive communication regarding the delay, despite your policy promising customer contact if issues arise. * I had to initiate contact after 48 hours with no updates. * No remedial action was offered (such as upgraded delivery). * Dispatch and handling times were far outside the range any reasonable consumer would expect. Poor service and thoroughly disappointing. Would not recommend”
