“The products we receive are great, but a bit of advice to stop your customers getting stressed with regards to the courier. I have spent a lot of time trying to get in touch with the courier to let them know we are a school and our opening hours are 8.30-4.30. They give us a delivey slot between 18.30-20.30. I then ask for them to delivery to our neighbour which is a sports facility and will take delivery for the school but the courier driver needs to enter the building and go to the bar area to hand package to a staff member. The courier does not have a human being I can talk to regarding this it is all automated. The outcome is that we receive an email informing us that they are sorry they could not delivery our parcel and will try again the following day. So I then ask them to delivery to the neighbour and this does not happen again so then the order will be returned to you. Is there any change when booking with the courier you could let them know we are a school.”

“So far so good, I didn't get wet when out in the rain, however as the inside of the sleeves are nylon and I was wearing a T shirt my forearms became sweaty, so advise wearing a long sleeve top under the jacket, the hood is excellent considering it can be folded away into the collar.”

“I purchased a 5L container of Nikwax and the price was excellent. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately the container was damaged in transit which resulted in a loss of some of the contents. When I contacted GS Workwear and they gave an option of replacement or reduction of price. I decided on the latter. I received this into my bank in 2/3 days. I was impressed with the whole process and would recommend them to family and friends. 5☆”

“Ordered a hi vis leo waist coat. Mine had been chewed by my dog but liked the zip pockets and snug fit but though the one that came was a small size it was a man's, so was far too big messaged the company and actually got a phone call back within an the hour. Sorted out and sent out a qr code to send back collected by post office next day excellent service thank you”

“Very happy customer journey from start to finish. The item itself was cheaper from GS Workwear than anywhere else on the internet. The item was delivered without a box, but securely in a thick plastic cover/bag - which was absolutely fine by me! You throw away the cardboard box anyway. It still came with the user manual etc… I would recommend shopping from GS Workwear every day of the week.”
