“Wanted some warm fleeces fior my wife and found them on GS Workwear. Used chat to check the items I picked and the person on the other end (YES, a real person) checked my selection and answered my questions. I therefore ordered the items and the person I was on chat to checked the order, sizes and colour without me asking them to and confirmed back to me. The items turned up within the delivery estimate timeline and were exactly what my wife wanted. So overall the experience was superb and teh service proved second to none. I will therefore be purchasing from them again and they will be supplying all of my farm workwear going forward. Very impressive old school service.”

“Hi, I've been sent the email about Please Rate Us before the boots have arrived... The boots were ordered on the 9th Oct, took more than a week to say they were dispatched, and still no sign of them... The reference number for Royal Mail doesn't work. Where are the boots please?”
