“Ordered online. Waited 2 weeks for it to be dispatched! Only got dispatched when I started asking why uts taking so long ect. Nowhere dos it say it will takes weeks to be dispatched! Customer service is rubbish toom”

“My order was delivered in full and as described. I placed my order for some new safety shoes midway through a 5 week assignment. My old shoes had started to fail. I chose GS Workwear because the shoes were showing on-stock and available to ship. This was great as I wanted them quickly. They arrived the day after my assignment was finished. They were ordered on 5th Sept and arrived on 16th. They arrived only after I chased the order. It was frustrating.”
