“I received exactly what I ordered, which was great. I was a little disappointed to wait for 9 days for delivery though, especially when I’d paid almost five pounds for the privilege. I ordered my insoles, needing them quickly, and I did feel delivery was far too slow.”

“A bit disappointed with the style. Too baggy, collars doesn't sit well. Pen pockets are sewn on the left? Why when most people are right handed? Very awkward to wear.”

“Didn’t expect to wait so long for my order to arrive, had I know it was going to take so long I would have cancelled it. The live chat thing is rubbish, enquired via the chat and got the chat failed. There’s no phone number to call which is frustrating. Only after leaving a message, someone got back to me saying the order was delayed. I wish somebody told me that! I’ll order elsewhere from now on.”
