“The website is good, but many of the items were out of stock. Delivery was fast and tracking great. I ordered 3 pairs of a product that ended up being too tight, so requested an exchange for 2 of the pairs to a bigger size. It was an easy process to create the returns label and to return the package. I was disappointed that they simply refunded the two items less the postage and didn't do the exchange. Hence I had to reorder so had to pay the quite expensive postage again. Feel a little bit disgruntled!”
