The order process was quick and easy. Ordered two sizes of wellies, as I wasn't quite sure which would fit best. They arrived a day before the anticipated date and I was able to choose the appropriate size. I sent an email requesting a call to arrange the return of the unwanted pair but got a quick response back with a link to the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, where a returns label had been pre-prepared for me. What a great service. Would I use Goldstar again? Absolutely!
